Hasniza Mohamed

Hasniza Mohamed is now double-hatting the roles as General Manager at Group Digital Center and also Digital Customer Experience at Telekom Malaysia (TM). She is part of TM Digital Leadership team and responsible in shaping the Digital Strategy for TM.

In 2015, she has successfully implemented the Digital Pilot project called I-Join. And now in 2016, she spearheaded the execution of Digital Journey for Mass Market called Unifi Care & at the same time assisting Chief of Digital Officer (CDO) in implementing the Digital Transformation throughout organization. She has been a speaker for many Customer Experience & Digital events such as Flemings, TM Forum and many more. She is now a passionate driver in driving the Human Centered Design & omni-channel for Mass Market, and at the same time transforming TM towards Going Digital.
